About Us

At BCS Insurance Group, a Veteran-Owned and Operated brokerage, we believe people come before products. Our pride lies in building strong community ties and focusing on helping, not selling. Our founder, Bryan, began his insurance journey by guiding retiring coworkers through their Medicare sign-ups—an experience that inspired our lasting commitment to serve others with honesty and compassion.

Our Team

We’ve chosen to share a photo of our team that’s raw and real. When you call, these are the real people you’ll be speaking with — because we want you to know exactly who’s on the other end of the line.

“This picture was taken at 5 a.m. on my birthday a few years back. I love it because it’s real — I look tired, and Apollo (our mascot) was just happy to be in my arms. Tristen is the true backbone of our team, keeping both Apollo and me on the straight and narrow.” – Bryan

Our Work, Our Loved Ones, Our Why

Our family and friends are an essential part of our mission, and we involve them in every way we can — whether as clients, partners, or supporters. We believe so deeply in what we do that it naturally extends to the people we love.

We chose this picture because it reflects our commitment to the people we care about. I first met the Manning family while serving in the military — and here we are, 12 years later. Even though they live all the way in Indiana, they believe in what we do so much that they’ve begun helping seniors in their own community, turning it into a true family business that now includes their siblings as well. We’re grateful every day for the work we do and the people we get to serve.
